Peri-Care perineal wash bottle

$19.95

This is a new take on the old plastic sauce bottle that has long been recommended for postnatal perineal care.

  • The ‘Peri-care’ perineal wash bottle is specially designed to help keep the perineum clean postnatally, and help soothe the area during those early days when passing urine can be pretty stingy and uncomfortable.

  • It can also be used after a caesarean section when bending may be a bit more challenging, and to stay fresh after pad changes.

  • It can also be used to help ease haemorrhoids and even for bub’s nappy changes.

“Pericare” perineal wash bottle

  • Extend the nozzle, twisting it clockwise so it forms a seal.

Fill the bottle with warm (not hot) water and securely tighten the lid.

Whilst sitting on toilet, or standing in the shower, turn the bottle upside down and aim towards your vulval and perineal (or anal if using for haemorrhoids) area.

Squeeze the bottle gently, adjusting the pressure to suit.

    Gently pat the area dry.

Use after each trip to the toilet and after pad changes.

  • After use, empty the bottle. Clean with warm soapy water and allow to dry. Store in provided waterproof bag.
